Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and oversee performance marketing campaigns
- Optimize campaigns using core KPIs (CPA, ROI, LTV)
- Test and refine creatives, audiences, and conversion funnels
- Discover and scale new high-potential traffic sources
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to boost overall conversion
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience with major paid traffic platforms (Meta, Google, and others)
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns profitably
