Growth Marketing Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build scalable acquisition strategies, optimize customer journeys, and turn data into sustainable business growth. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to improve every stage of the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze customer acquisition funnels and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to improve user activation and retention.
- Work with Data Analysts to measure campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, and other key performance indicators.
- Research emerging marketing channels and growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and marketing attribution.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS or digital products.
- Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
