CRO Specialist
We are looking for a CRO Specialist who can turn user behavior, funnel data, and experimentation into measurable improvements in digital performance.
In this role, you will work across product, analytics, and marketing to identify friction points, develop optimization hypotheses, and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
What you'll do
- Analyze conversion funnels, landing pages, user journeys, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify friction points and drop-offs across acquisition, activation, and conversion flows.
- Develop and prioritize CRO hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams on optimization initiatives.
- Analyze experiment results and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, onboarding flows, and other critical conversion touchpoints.
- Monitor key metrics and evaluate how product or marketing changes affect conversion performance.
- Build a structured experimentation backlog and prioritize tests based on potential business impact.
- Document learnings to help teams make better data-driven decisions.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in CRO, Product Analytics, Growth, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and digital customer journeys.
- Experience with GA4 and other web or product analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Ability to work with funnels, cohorts, segments, and behavioral data.
- Understanding of key metrics such as CR, CAC, CPA, LTV, retention, activation, and engagement.
- Experience with heatmaps, session recordings, or behavioral analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- English level B2 or higher.
